Seahive Organic Cheddar

Seahive is a cheddar-style cheese crafted from pasteurized Jersey milk by Beehive Cheese Company in Utah, USA. Infused with a blend of local honey and Redmond RealSalt, this cheese is hand-rubbed on its first day and aged for over 8 months in a humidity-controlled environment. The result is a slightly sweeter, snappier flavor and a drier texture in the fully aged cheese. Seahive pairs beautifully with hoppy ales, fruity white wines, and straight bourbon.
This exceptional cheese earned 3rd place at the American Cheese Society competition in 2011.
