5Q’s, our signature raw sheep’s milk cheese, is aged in Oloroso Sherry wine casks in our estate’s cellars in Jerez de la Frontera. This unique aging process combines our passion for cheese with the region’s traditional produce, creating a cheese with exceptional taste and aroma. Aged for months in Sherry casks that are typically used for fine whiskies, 5Q’s develops woody notes and an intense flavor, infused with the distinct aroma of Sherry. Made from raw sheep’s milk from Navarra in the Pyrenees, this innovative cheese won the Super Gold award at the 2022-23 World Cheese Awards.
