Made from raw cow’s milk in France, This cheese is aged for 15 months in cool but humid caves in the alps! Over the 15 months the cheese develops a unique flavour profile including notes of fruit, Melted butter, Hazelnut and toast. The perfect firm cheese to pair with a nice red pepper jelly! Yum!
